Welcome back to
Game Strength Insider.
Life gets hectic for all of us sometimes, and it can get hard to get to the gym. Even when we have a couple of hours after a busy day to get some training in, the motivation to get there is non existent.
The trick is to take action. I tell my clients and my friends that on the days you don’t want to train you need it  the most. If you don’t want to train, it’s best to start going through the motions of your usual routine. This will get you into your rhythm and ultimately through your workout.  Once your blood starts pumping you’ll remember why it is you’re training in the first place.
I’ve got some great training in recently and have been successfully packing on lean muscle which is pretty awesome. Check out what my training has looked like lately.

I hope that if you take nothing else from my training log posts, motivation is one thing that sticks. I am going to train and exercise whether I post it on GSI or not. The important thing to remember is that this site is for YOU. So I hope you feel inspired to get after it whenver you finish a new training article or video on Game Strength Insider. With that being said, I’ve got a bike ride and some grilling to do on this Gorgeous Northern California summer day! I look forward to your comments.
