‘ve been reading a bit more lately, in fact I just finished The Celestine Prophecy & Alchemy of Nine Dimensions(both were awesome). I’m just about done with The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferris(so far so good). I’ve also been meditating in the woods several times per week.
I’m feeling strong and grateful to have so many natural training resources at my disposal.
Unfortunately, I often get raised eybrows from people when they find out how active of a lifestyle I lead. It’s funny because there was a time when I’d return the same expression upon learing how sedentary their lifestyles are.
Being lazy and not doing shit all day is unnatural.
We are meant to be be moving, learning, and seeking adventure 24/7
I believe experience to be the purest form of knowledge, therefore I strive to get out there and lift tractor tires, hit it like a mad man in the gym, hike with no supplies deep into the sticks, meditate on top of mountains, mountain bike in the snow on 15 minutes notice, et cetera. I’m learning with each new experience and it’s fucking awesome.
The day you stop learning is the day you stop living.
Anyway I dig this video and I think you will too. Check it out and let me know what you think.
