  2. I’m extremely pleased to find this great site. I need to to thank you for your time and for providing these free workouts. I’ve been emulating your routine since the first week in January and there is definitely new muscle showing up all over my body!

    After week 8 I think I’m going to start the Muscle Goldmine & see what that’s all about after I get acclimated to training hard again.
