I mentioned a few months back that I would be starting a training log, documenting everything I am personally doing on the daily.Â
For whatever reason I am starting this log on a Wednesday. Strange, I know.
None the less, I have been cutting weight for the past year and now I am training for sports and to simply look my absolute best. I will be packing on lean muscle over the next few months and I want to show you how I am going to do this.
