  1. Good article David. I tried to do my sprints after lunges and almost fell over. My legs would barely move. I realized what kind of shape I am in and have something to work for now. Thanks!

    • Thanks for the feedback Alex. That is a common occurence for those of us that fall off the cardio wagon for an extended period of time. The good news is that our bodies are amazing vessels that can adapt rather quickly to extremes. Keep at it and you’ll be looking for ways to push yourself even farther in no time!

  2. Great post Dave. I actually did jump squats back in the day and forgot how extreme they were until last night when I incorporated them into my hiit! Let’s just say I wont be doint any running around today. Look forward to more articles bro

    • Right on JefF! jump squats are one of my favorite HIIT exercises. I escpecially enjoy doing them to close out my sprints or burpees. Thanks for the feedback.
