    • Rest should never be overlooked! I’ve noticed a dangerous trend in recent years [RANT] People are sleeping less while partying more, training harder, drinking less water and shoveling more supps down their throats. You’re body can definitely adapt to extremes but why put it through the ringer without warrant. You can train hard and play hard while maintaining a healthy balance in life.
