    • Thanks for dropping a line Yuri. I agree, many a stubborn or ill-informed client will try and argue this point to the grave. However, with simple examples and proper explanation (like you’ll find in this article) I have been able to shed some light on the subject & assist with exposing the truth about the role our CNS plays with regards to strength training & fitness in general.
