So I figured I’d just come right out and give a brief intro as to what myself and this site is all aboutâ¦First off, it’s for YOU, I am 100% dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals.. Whether those goals be for athletic improvement, strength gain, lean muscle gain, healthy weight loss etc I am your guy. I will absolutely cut out all the BS and always look out for YOUR best interests..
I focus the majority of my training on the improvement of strength and conditioning for athletes, such as Football players, rugby players, basketball players, fighters, baseball players, models, soccer(football)players and tennis players. But I get a kick out of helping all the non athlete”average joes” if you will 😉 because I was there, and there is no reason why you too, can’t possess a world class body.
Remember this website is here to help YOU. Above all else that’s my goal. Therefore I canât successfully accomplish this goal without your input, so we all get involved and comment on posts around here. Even if itâs just a quick âright onâ or âcoolâ that is kick ass too! Writing all of this gets hard sometimes so I appreciate all feedback.
WHY GAME STRENGTH?
Straight up, most of the training talk youâre going to come across these days, is geared more towards combine testing stuff like bench max tests, 40 yard times, and clean max. That’s cool if all you plan to do is test on paper not on the field where it counts. Nobody cares how much you can clean if you are as conditioned and an obese 80 year old woman or as game strong asâ¦ well , you get the idea. Donât get me wrong my site undoubtedly helps for the combine stuff too, but possessing world class strength and conditioning in your games is where it matters most and thatâs exactly what my insider system has done for thousands all across the world.
Now, this is by no means your typical âover sciensyâ athletic training blog, and I am only familiar with all of that stuff because I need to be for you guys. And I promise to only mention what I absolutely have to in regards to all of that science stuff.
It gets better, on top of all of my easy to swallow training information, workouts, and nutrition tips that donât clutter your mind, you can expect hilarious and inspiring videos, quotes that keep it real, and loads of free stuff to show my appreciation for all of my readers.
