  1. Firstly, I assume by “jogging on the spot” you’re referring to jogging on a treadmill. If this is the case, you’re likely wasting your time. It would be much more beneficial to actually jog or simply even walk around your block a few times. Static cardio on treadmills is a joke in my opinion. Don’t get me wrong, they have there place for rehab and the elderly but other than that you will never hear me recommend static cardio.

    You can spend an hour runnning at a moderate speed on a treadmill and burn just over 400 calories or do 15 minutes of HIIT and burn 1000 calories. Get it?

    Everybody is different, so I have no idea how much weight you are going to lose. It all depends on how sedentary of a lifestyle you lead, what kind of food you nourish your body with, mindset, intensity during training, consistency, style of training et cetera.

    The only secret to fat-loss, muscle building, strength training et cetera, is CONSISTENCY!

    There are no beneficial shortcuts for fitness, this is a lifestyle. If you take a shortcut expect to lose your results just as quickly as you gained them.
