  1. It seriously doesn’t take more than 30 minutes a day. You can complete change and maintain your new body with minimal time invested. Don’t eat like shit and stay somewhat active.
    People are so convinced that there is some special secret that sets them apart from perceivably healthy & fit individuals.

    Clean eating + hard training = awesome results!

    • You got it fam! It’s legitimately as simple as eating clean & training hard.
      Obviously you need to be smart with your form & movements but the general principle remains,
      hard work and a healthy diet makes for a strong & healthy individual.
