Hey whats going on everybody? I truly hope all is well. And if it is not then you should do something about that for a number of reasons. First of all life is too short to be pissed off all the time, second, remaining in a positive state of mind is crucial to your gains in fitness and success in sports.
Good or bad no matter what the situation is, you need to understand you have attracted the circumstance you are in at this very moment whether it be good or bad happy or sad. Now that may be hard to grasp and I don’t want to get into on this particular post, but just know that the law of attraction is working all the “time”. Simply acknowledging this is a huge step toward resolving whatever “funk” you may be in. And until I touch on this in a future post, look it up, I will provide some resources at the bottom of the page to help you get your vibes right and realigned with the universe.
Now back to what I wanted to talk about, pretty soon here I am going to start my comprehensive training log. Comprehensive, nice. Lol jp anyways, what I plan to do is basically take you with me through all of my training, planning, shopping for muscle building foods, etc. and basically show you what it takes to achieve your goals with the goal in mind of transforming you into a real life Game Strength Insider.
I am in the process of acquiring a new video camera and as soon as I do this it’s on like Donkey Kong. Your going to be with me all the time and get a first hand look at what’s really up whether I am training for an extra inch on my biceps, cutting weight or training to put on weight regardless, I am going to show you what I am getting into and having success with.
